Terms & Conditions:

These terms and conditions have been prepared by Pulse Pharmacy Pty Ltd in accordance with the provisions of the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. (As amended by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000). These terms and conditions have been prepared for your information so that you are aware of how information personal to yourself, which is collected by Pulse Pharmacy, is used.

The only personal information that will be collected from you as a member of the Pulse Pharmacy Customer Rewards Club will be:

a) Your name, address and email address
b) The value of purchases made from time to time at the participating pharmacies
c) Your phone number and date of birth (optional).

The personal information collected will be used by Pulse Pharmacy Pty Ltd to provide you vouchers that are redeemable at any of the Pulse pharmacies when you have reached the required level of spending.

The personal information that is collected by Pulse Pharmacy Pty Ltd will be forwarded to Chemist Club Pty Ltd who will issue the vouchers to you. The personal information: a) Will not be divulged by either Pulse Pharmacy Pty Ltd or Chemist Club Pty Ltd to any third party; and
b) Will only be used for the purpose of providing you with your vouchers

As part of the service provided to you by Pulse Pharmacy Pty Ltd and Chemist Club Pty Ltd, you will be receiving from time to time marketing materials relating to pharmaceutical products sold by Pulse Pharmacy. This information will be forwarded to you by post or email on an ad hoc basis or with your vouchers. As a member of the Customer Reward Club you consent to the use of your personal information for that purpose.

The following further matters are relevant:
a) The personal information collected will be retained by Pulse Pharmacy and Chemist Club Pty Ltd. If you no longer wish to be a member of the Pulse Pharmacy Customer Rewards Club simply advise Pulse Pharmacy, who will delete your details from the Pulse Pharmacy Customer Rewards database.
b) You are able to obtain details of all your personal information held by Pulse Pharmacy and Chemist Club Pty Ltd at any time by contacting Pulse Pharmacy on 03 8823 1300 or Chemist Club on 1800 335 233.
c) If your personal information becomes incorrect at any time (for example if you change address) you may update it by notifying your local Pulse Pharmacy or Head Office.

This document constitutes the policy of Pulse Pharmacy Pty Ltd and Chemist Club Pty Ltd in respect to the personal information collected.
