Pulse Pharmacy gladly provides refunds on all products except prescriptions and other medications, provided the products is in re-saleable condition. To arrange a refund please call us on 1300 1 PULSE (1300 178 573) and we will supply you the information you need to send your order back to us.
*Please note that shipping costs will be not be refunded for if you have made an error
choosing your products or if you
change your mind and no longer want your purchase.
If you would like cancel an order, email us ASAP at
orders@pulsepharmacy.com.au and we will cancel it. Prescription medications are unable to be returned. If an order has already been dispatched then we cannot cancel it immediately. If you do receive the order, return it to the below address, with all packaging in original condition and a full refund less postage will be provided.
