Pharmacist Only Medications - Regulation Changes
Due to new 2010 regulations by the Pharmacy Board of Victoria, all Pharmacist Only (Schedule 3) medications will require a prescription.
29/4/2010 - New codeine laws take effect:
From the 1st May 2010 changes to the way codeine containing products can be sold will come into effect nationwide. New Government regulations stipulate that a maximum 5 days supply can be supplied at one time without a prescription. This will mean amounts previously available over the counter will require a doctor’s prescription. These will be stipulated from 1st May 2010 on our website.
