1) Search for your prescription and pay online
Search for your prescription by name or drug name, or browse by selecting the first letter of the brand name. Find the strength and quantity that matches your prescription. If you would like to save money, click the ‘View Alternative Brands’ button to see the generic version of your medication. (Note: not all products have a generic alternative.) Choose the pricing level that applies to you and click ‘Add to Basket’. (

Repeat if you have more than one prescription to order. You can also order shop items. Just click the ‘Shop’ tab at the top of the page and find your products. When you have finished, click ‘Checkout’ at the top left-hand corner of the page and proceed through the checkout.
2) Post in your prescription for free
Send your prescription in to us using our Reply Paid service – no stamp required!

3) Receive a call from our pharmacist
Our pharmacist will phone you for a brief consultation. We are required to do this by law. Please ensure you have given us a daytime phone number so that your prescription order is not delayed. Our pharmacist will call between 9am and 5pm weekdays (AEST). We cannot complete your order until our pharmacist has spoken to you.
4) Your prescription is dispatched
Orders are sent via Australia Post’s eParcel. This means you can track the progress of your order online. You will receive your Consignment Number when we email you to say your order has been dispatched. To view the progress of your order, visit www.ausposttracking.com.au and enter your Consignment Number.
